MAS August 2001 (post Wallops) spectral calibration

All 50 channels were measured and calibrated.
Bands in ports 1 and 2 were discovered shifted by large amounts (over 20 nm)
from their ideal position.  Further analysis revealed that the shift 
happened before Wallops deployment.  Pre and post wallops calibrations
are therefore consistent.  Furthermore port 3 was investigated (noise problems)
but the band positions were found similar to pre Wallops positions.
